Double Your Fat Loss

this is a devise that you strap it around your stomache and it heats up your stomache to increase/double burning stomache calories. it is not electrical stimulators and not anything you consume. i saw it on a comercial and i forgot the name. its pretty much like a clothe that you wrap around your stomache and then when you work out it creates heat around the stomache like you would be working aout in a sana or something. for further questions or if you dont understand what i am saying please email me. any help is greatly appreciated.
i only want an answer on what the name of this thing is, i DO NOT CARE if its a scam or not and what pills could do the trick. i want this item and only this item i DO NOT CARE IF IT WORKS I JUST WANT TO KNOW THE NAME OF IT. thank you for the help
i found it myself

doesnt look like a scam since its FDA aproved with 60 day gurranttee results and 2 year warranty
That is the dumbest scam I have ever seen, dont fall for that. Heat wont do anything, you have to exercise for your body to burn fat cells, that is the only way to burn fat.
i just got done with a consultation with metabolic. they recommended a pill called mrc 6 that is suppose to metabolize up to 900 times its weight in fat, double your loss in fat inches, and pull and burn fat from stubborn places. i had others that went to the same program tell me it works like a charm. however, i don’t feel like spending as much as they want for it per month. does anyone know of anything over the counter that has the same effect? please let me know! thanks!
Don’t bother,
Drink lots of caffeinated coffee and water.
Most importantly, don’t stop moving during the day.
I am trying to figure out this whole fat loss thing. In previous years, beginning around February or so I would do my own workout regime and lose about 20 lbs. in little over a month. To do this, I would go to the gym and do a complete body circuit, 3 sets of around 12-15 reps per major muscle group(30 min.) and then hit the elliptical or treadmill for 40 minutes directly after. I would alternate these days with running. 6 Days a week, most weeks I would end up skipping a run day, though. This was a tried and true method which fit my lifestyle. I would consume about 5-6 small meals through the day but then overeat at dinner time. I would take in about 1800 calories a day, 600 or so usually coming at dinner time. There was nothing wrong with any of this because it worked…fast. This year, I decided to start P90X and do it the right way, with diet and everything. I started and only lost 6 lbs. the first month, I was devastated. I see these people on YouTube losing about 20 the first month, which I figured is where I would be. They say not to focus on results, they will come. I keep going through the motions and I won’t quit until the 90 days are up, that’s not an issue. My questions finally….I am consuming around 2100-2400 healthy calories per day, I am in my second phase of P90X and am losing about 2 lbs. per week(I know, that’s supposed to be the healthy pace), can I revert to the diet I was on before? They say if you minimize your calories that much, you will go into starvation mode. I researched a lot this year and know ten fold what I knew last year, I found out I am an endomorph, for instance. I am just trying to maximize my results for these 90 days, if I had done my prior method, I would be in pretty good shape right now. I don’t know why I didn’t hit starvation mode the prior years. Does anybody have any experience with fat burners? I started P90X at 228, I guess the goal I set was to get to 200 at the end of the 90 days. I am even doing doubles, I figured I could shed at least 3 lbs. per week, does anybody have any input on how I could achieve that goal?
2 lbs per week is nothing to frown about. It is healthy and fairly quick weight loss.
To push 3 lbs per week you are going to have to ramp up the exercise and bring down the calories to create an additional calorie deficit of 3500. Loss of muscle and lean body mass could be a consequence of trying to lose weight this quickly – so I would recommend staying the 2lb/week course.
If you’re down to 222 right now, you’ll make your 200lb goal in 11 weeks. Not bad at all. Keep at it
Without making this too lengthy, I am looking for some advice as to what I am doing wrong with my diet/exercise routine.
My background is this – I am 38, F, 5’ 3”, 220lbs. Right off the bat, my genetics are against me (or so I’m told continuously). I have seen physicians, specialists, endocrinologists, dietary counselors, personal trainers, attended weight loss seminars, taken medications, counted every calorie in and measured every calorie out. I do the work. I just don’t understand what it is that I am doing wrong. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes three years ago. I also have polycystic ovarian syndrome along/combined with problems with uterus/hormones. All of these things are working against me, I know.
My hope is to find someone outside of my tiny town with the knowledge and experience to help me. I am the type of person that thrives on routine. With that said, I pretty much eat the same things every day. I do this because of expense and because it is easy for me to keep track of what I am eating. I do have to admit that my exercise routine is not that structured. I am making great strides in making exercise an everyday event.
I pack a lunch every day for work. This way I can eat a little, several times a day in order to keep me blood sugars from spiking. This is what I was told to do so I do it.
What I pack is this:
1 slice Double Fiber bread – 80 cal
1 tsp Simply Jif PB – 85 cal
1 tsp honey – 40 cal
29 Cheez-It crackers – 130
2 slices whole wheat bread – 150
1 tsp whipped butter – 25
1 tsp light mayo – 35
½ tsp yellow mustard – 45
1 oz turkey slices – 50
1 oz ham slices – 70
1 slice low fat cheese slice – 60
1 low fat yogurt – 110
Total = 880 cal throughout the day
*1 or 2 times per week I will substitute sandwich for a salad.
*Try to include raw fruit 2 or 3 days a week.
For dinner I will have a Healthy Choice or equivalent frozen dinner or a bowl of cereal.
Of course this is not a “concrete” menu. There are some change-ups and slip-ups. But for the most part – this is my eating routine.
My exercise routine has been consistent for two months now. Two months ago, I joined Anytime Fitness. I am not physically able to jump on a treadmill and run for an hour so I do what I can. I spend 45min to 1hr on the treadmill and stationary bike. I walk at least one mile and bike for at least 4. I do this at least 5 days a week.
This is where the EXTREME frustration comes in. I have not lost one pound or one inch ANYWHERE.
According to all the things that I have read and calculators that tell me how much to eat – I am doing all the right things. Am I? OK – your turn. Any input or expert advice you may have I would appreciate it very much. Thank you for reading my story
While this diet might be appropriate for controlling high blood sugar, there are much healthier alternatives to many of the high hormone, sodium and processed foods you are eating.
Your protein intake is so very important which is why they have you eating ALL these animal products.
Hormones in animal products prevent success with weight loss-
I struggled with low blood sugar for years after i competed in two body building
competitions. It wasn’t until years later that I actually found the cure for my blood sugar problems
(which basically CONTROL your appetite.)
Hormones found in animal products cause your blood sugar to flood your pancreas with insulin.
The chicken breast I was eating though high in protein (which is good for low blood sugar) is very high in hormones. The large amount of hormones I was consuming in chicken breasts alone caused me to have terribly erratic appetite.
Healthy foods consist of fresh and/or live foods and lean sources of protein like legumes and fish. Organic hormone free chicken a good source as well. . Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and WILD caught fish are examples of foods you should be eating.
Peanuts are NOT tree nuts. While almonds are one of the best foods that you can eat, peanuts are one of the two worst foods you can eat. The other is corn. Peanuts are from the ground and they have an extreme amount of fungus in them. Fungus contributes to the growth of yeast which in turn causes all kinds of health problems. Almond butter is more expensive but it is satisfying and healthy. Remember that Tree nuts are healthy but VERY high in fat which should be avoided if you are trying to lose weight and if you are also eating it with complex carbs.
Cured sandwich meats not only are full of hormones, they also contain tons of nitrates (preservatives) and are very high is sodium. High amounts of sodium should always be avoided. Butter and cheese also contain lots of hormones. Our bodies metabolize good fats (avocado, soy, nuts fish oils) completely different than animal fats also. It is MUCH easier to burn good fats than it is to burn saturated animal fats because our bodies love the good fats and the bad fats are very ‘CLOGGING” to our system. You should not ever use butter if you are concerned with weight loss. You could use coconut or olive oil instead..
The other thing that is VERY important to understand is flour and Wheat Gluten White/Whole wheat flour both contain a lot of gluten. It clogs up your intestinal tract. The rate at which you metabolize your food in your intestinal tract is what determines weight loss. The cleaner your IT is, the more efficient your “machine works. The first thing I tell my clients concerned about losing weight it GET OFF OF ALL GLUTEN products. The cheeze-it crackers you are eating are full of flour/gluten, colors, preservatives, trans-fats,sugar and no telling what other processed junk. Our bodies want unprocessed foods. There are delicious, sprouted grain breads you can buy in the frozen section. One brand name is called Eziekial. Sprouted breads are high in protein and are metabolized like simple sugars (not starch.) You can google sprouted breads for some more info. For your breakfast and instead of ANY cereals, you could have a slice of sprouted bread with Almond butter on it. I see no reason for you to add honey because in doing so you are just adding more sugar to your diet. Sugar is B A D stuff. It is addictive and useless insofar as health. Our bodies CRAVE whatever is in our BLOOD. If you stop eating something for an extended period of time, if you are really in tune with your body, you WILL notice a difference in the craving.
Drinking fresh, clean water is another huge element in the health arsenal. Since our bodies are 70% water, we need a lot of it. Water is THE MOST overlooked nutrient on the planet. Water is detoxifying and hydrating. It is THE LIFELINE of your body. How do we lose fat? Fatty acids are washed out of our body through Urine. The more water you drink, the more fat your body flushes out. You can lose up to one Ib a week by drinking 100 oz of water a day. I understand this may be hard to do for some lifestyles. I didn’t see anything about water listed in your diet above.
I can recommend alternatives to many of the foods you are consuming. Rice crackers by Diamond instead of Cheez-its. It really is imperative that you put some time and energy into preparing meals at home. I am also a chef and I teach people who don’t know how to….easily prepare healthy meals at home.I would like to help you further if you are interested.

I am a 5’11” male, and weigh at around 190lbs. I have around 20% boy fat, and would like to lose as much of it as possible, while maintaining my muscle and perhaps even gaining some.
I am a beginner, I mean I have been working out for the past 3-4 years, but have been on and off every 2-3 months, so never really had any real gains from it, so consider myself a beginner. My diet was also primarily comprised of junk food, and over the past 6-7 month, I have tried to curb the junk food I take in.
Given the goals I have in mind, and the timeline is not like a month or two, maybe even 4 months is good as long as I see continued benefits.
My current diet profile looks like this: Daily calories – 1800-2000 (counted for variations, and 1 day over feeding will be around 2500); Proteins – 125 grams per day; Carbs – 320 grams/day ; Fat – 30 grams/day.
Supplements: Whey Protein Isolates – 24grams Protein/scoop, 3 times daily with 1% reduced fat chocolate milk; 4 grams Creatine, 4 grams L-Glutamine, around 2 grams BCAA, 1 tablet Multivitamin.
Additional Supplements: Mil fat burners – Prolab Cuts2 – 2-3 times daily (4 tablets), Prolab Metabolic Thyrolean – 2-3 times daily (2 capsules); Night time thermogenesis (by Lean) – 3 capsules daily before bed. I do apply the Ab Solution Plus topical fat loss cream 1-2 times daily.
Workout Schedule:
Mon – Back/Biceps (3 exercises per part, 5sets x 7-8reps), 10 min HIIT, 10 mins Abs
Tues – Chest/Triceps (3-4 exercises per part, 5sets x 7-8reps), 10 min HIIT, 10 mins Abs
Wed – Shoulders/Legs (3-4 exercises per part, 5 sets x 7 reps), no cardio, 10 min Abs
Thur – 25 min HIIT, next level Abs exercises (almost double the intensity and diff exercises), 15 min HIIT
Friday – Full Body (compound exercises), 10 min HIIT, 10 min Abs
Sat- Full Body (compound exercises, different exercises than on Friday), 10 min HIIT, 10 min Abs.
Sun – Off
I don’t lift too much weight (well, I cant over a certain weight for a given exercises), and thought of adding creatine just so I can lift more, so that even when I quit taking creatine, I would still have moved up from what I am doing right now.
Please analyze my schedule and give your comments on it. Does it coincide with my goal? I plan to continue doing the same for about 8-10 weeks, then maybe change some diet/supplements/workout. I don’t want to bulk up (not literally), I wish to gain some muscle, more definition, and lose fat to get to about 13%-15% (from 20%-22% right now).
Would really appreciate any help from all you guys there, who are experienced in bodybuilding. Thanks for taking time to read through the long post.
The reason you cannot lose weight by starving yourself (using a low calorie diet) is because your metabolism will detect any major drop in calories and it will then ADJUST ITSELF by burning fewer calories each day.
For example:
If you begin eating 2,500 calories per day then your metabolism will adjust itself so that your body begins burning 2,500 calories per day.
If you try to starve yourself by suddenly eating 1,000 calories per day then your metabolism will again ADJUST ITSELF so that your body begins to burn only 1,000 calories per day. That’s why you have failed in your past dieting attempts, that’s why you always seem to fail when you try and starve yourself.
Now you know the reason why you can eat 1,000 calories per day and not lose any weight while your friends can eat 2,500 calories per day and not gain any weight.
I just read this on a question…can someone comment on this…
The question was something along the lines of, “How did you lose your weight.”
#4 – No coffee and no alcohol! Some people are under the impression that hard liquor has no calories. They would be dead wrong. A shot of tequila has 65 calories and to make matters worse your body must ADDRESS those calories before it can do anything else. That’s the short of it anyway. The bottom line is, one shot of liquor will cause your body to STOP losing weight for 1 to 2 days. Beers and other mixed drinks are even worse. As for the coffee, something about it being too acidic or the type of acid that causes your body to protect itself with fat. Your cells start to double up with fat for protection. Even a cup a day will completely trash your efforts to proper weight loss.
(IS THIS TRUE?)
I mean I know alcohol has calories, but do coffee and liquor actually make you stop losing weight!?
Yeah liquor is definitely bad and it also makes you hungry for crap food when you’re drunk (or me anyway.) About coffee, I don’t think it really does that, sounds like a myth,
I’m trying to get that 6 pack and I’m getting closer all the time. How long do you think to get that remaining 10% off. Do you think it can be done before my date with my ex girlfriend 2 weeks from now. I told her I had a 6 pack, even though I’m really not truly there yet. LOL I figured by the time she sees me I’ll have it by then. I have 1 week(Til next Friday). Cut out on the Carbs for a couple of days and get my body in the fat burning zone is what I aim to do. I usually burn 50 grams of fat during my cardio workouts. For about 2 days at least I’m going to eat nothing but protein allowing my body to burn fat as its fuel source, and then I’ll gradually go back to complex carbs. It works, I lost double my bodyfat percentage in 3 months folks. Anyway, for the 10% do you think I can pull it off in 1 week? She already thinks my body is hot enough, and loves me for me, I just want to show off my new body, do you think I can pull it off in a week. 10% Bodyfat loss in a week?
If you stop eating enough your metabolism may slow down on you. I would keep eating like you are and just hit the cardio hard and do crunches and knee ups until your abs explode. lol
If you pull off another 10% in a week you are the man. It always gets harder the closer you get to your goal. But that is what makes it worth it when you achieve it!
I have an extremly fast metabolism and I EASILY lose 5-10lbs if i dont eat well for a day or two. I run cross country though and i have been reading about diet plans that help you to improve your time and endurance. Usually i just benge and try to keep a steady food supply. I tend to stay away from potato chips, but i drink whole milk and other fatty food items. Is this not such a good idea or should i continue to eat my vegies and fruit but at the same time double up on fat…. in a way, to prevent weight loss?
i think you should just to stay healy of heart diseases cause even if you skinny you can get choles and that type of garbage
keep it moderate thought
I am 15 years old and I was a bit overweight last year. I lost about 7 or 8 kilos in total and am pretty happy with my body now except my thighs and face still have a bit of excessive fat, but my muscles are more defined and overall I am thinner.
During weight loss I increased exercise, including lifting weights and jogging on the treadmill, as well as a bit of cardio-dance training. I tried cutting out grains and also tried “food combining”, I am now dropping both of those but at some point during my weight loss I also lost my period. I remember back near the first few months of this year I lost it for a bit then it came about half a month late, but then after that I lost it again and haven’t had it for like 3 or 4 months now. I was always pretty regular before so it’s not a fall out. People say that you lose your period with weight loss but I still have a double chin and pretty thick upper thighs so I don’t think I’m too skinny. Is it because I cut out grains? I have been eating them again for a while and twice I thought my period was about to come but it didn’t. Or is it the food combining? Do I need to gain weight again to get my period back? But I still think I should lose the fat that’s still left on my face and legs. What should I do?!?
Its just that your body needs time to adjust, give it a while. If youre concerned, Id reccomend a doctor, Congrats on the weight loss by the way! Smiles and Luck, Belle.
